• How to move from an idea to a finished product – The full roadmap, from pattern development to sampling, production, and final delivery.

• What you need to be production-ready – Digital patternmaking, tech packs, construction, finishes, and fit considerations.

• Sourcing fabric, trims, and suppliers – Where and how to source materials, including wholesale suppliers.

• Pricing your products for profit – Understanding industry pricing structures and how to ensure your designs are commercially viable.

• Third-party logistics & customer delivery – Planning for stock management, order fulfilment, and shipping so you're ready to sell.
